FREE – Powered by Xola websites are included at no cost to new or existing Xola customers.

This includes a custom WordPress website using our proprietary Xola theme, premium WordPress hosting, logos and graphic design, SSL certification, Local SEO keyword optimization, and a website team ready to help manage your site.

Xola has a dedicated team of WordPress designer, engineers, and Local SEO specialist that’ll work with you to deliver an awesome website.

Our team will use your content on your current website and build your new website design. We can also help design a new logo and color palette for a brand refresh!

Xola will provide you access to your Powered by Xola website for you to make future changes.

We do daily backups and can revert to one of these in a matter of minutes if something happens.

If you have any website changes that require coding or design, we do have a websites team that can help. For any of those sorts of requests, just email websites@xola.com and we’ll get it squared away.

Depending on the current load it could be anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

Xola does not provide email service however we recommend Google Apps for Business which can be easily tied to your domain at a small monthly cost.

All of our websites are optimized for on-site SEO best practices. We will conduct keyword analysis for each page and configure each page properly to help rank for that keyword. Additionally, our websites are blazing fast which helps with search engine rankings. By following best practices this best positions your site to increase unique visitors from google over time.

Xola will install all of your book now Buttons for you.

Xola will install all of your buttons and customize these to match your site.

You will be given a login to WordPress to manage your site if you choose.

It will be a separate login page.

All of the Powered by Xola sites have SSL certificates at no additional charge. In addition, we partner with a premium WordPress hosting company (https://getflywheel.com/) and utilize best-in-class security plugins and management practices.

We don’t set hard limits on page count. With that said, websites with over 20 pages will be flagged for review and consideration.   

The design process looks like this:

  1. The websites team will kick off the project and has two weeks to build out an initial draft of your new website.
  2. Before the two weeks are up, our dedicated project manager will email you with the process on how to provide feedback.
  3. In a round of feedback, you’ll use a tool called marker.io to provide your feedback for changes. 
  4. We allow for 3 rounds of feedback over a max of a two week period. 

 

Additionally, once a website is live, you can work with our team to make other changes for as long as you are a Xola customer.

We will build, host, and maintain your Powered by Xola website as long as you are a customer.

Your domain is owned by you and you simply direct website traffic to your Powered by Xola website through what’s called a DNS A Record. This A record is likely hosted wherever you have your domain registered.
